What Reflct measures

Four measures. Each one shows its evidence.

No overall score. Two carry a number. Two carry quotes.

Score

Groundedness

Lists every claim you made. Shows which ones you backed with something a listener could check.

Score

Responsiveness

Pairs each question you were asked with your answer. Counts how often the answer met the question.

Quotes

Clarity

Quotes the moments someone had to ask what you meant. Also where an amount stayed vague.

Quotes

Coherence

Quotes where you contradicted yourself or a conclusion did not follow. Also threads you opened and never closed.

Withheld

Conciseness and Structure

Not reported yet.

The transcription tidies up false starts, so a score here would flatter you.

Where it helps

Built for work meetings. Sharp for interviews.

The same four measures, whatever you record.

For the meetings your work is judged in.

The calls where how you said it decided what happened next.

  • Stakeholder updates
  • Design and product reviews
  • One-to-ones
  • Planning calls
Groundedness
You said it was on track. Did you say why?
Responsiveness
When asked directly, did you answer the question?
Clarity
Where did the room have to ask what you meant?
Coherence
Did a later point undo an earlier one?

For the interview you want to get right.

Record a mock interview, or a real one where everyone agrees. Then read how your answers landed.

  • Mock interviews
  • Behavioural rounds
  • Case and product sense
  • Hiring manager calls

Everyone on the call must agree to being recorded. In Germany, recording without consent is a crime. Terms, section four.

Groundedness
You said you led it. Did you give proof they could check?
Responsiveness
Did you answer what was asked, or what you had prepared?
Clarity
Where did the interviewer have to ask you to clarify?
Coherence
Did your story hold together, start to finish?

How it works

Record it. Read it.
Do the next one better.

  1. 01

    Record on your Mac

Both sides, as two tracks. Transcribed on your machine.

  2. 02

    The transcript is sent

Only the words and their timings. The audio stays put.

  3. 03

    Read what was measured

About a minute later. Each finding quotes you.

  4. 04

    Do the next one better

Your measures, charted across your own meetings.

Privacy

Your audio never leaves your Mac.

Recording and transcription happen on your machine. The transcript travels. Here is exactly what that means.

Stays on your Mac

  • The audio from both sides
  • File names and any title you gave a session
  • Everything the microphone heard that was not speech

Enforced by the build, not by policy. The code that can reach the network cannot open an audio file.

Travels to your account

  • The words, and their timings
  • How the recording went: levels, gaps, clipping
  • Nothing you have not pressed send on

Analysing a transcript sends its text to OpenAI, in the United States. That is a transfer outside the EEA, for the text only. The privacy page says so first.

Questions

What people ask first.

Short answers, before you install anything.

Want the full detail?

Every promise about your data is written down.

When can I get it?

The Mac app works, but it is not signed yet, so your Mac would not open it. Join the waitlist and we will email you the download as soon as it is.

What does it cost?

Nothing. No card, no tier, no trial.

Which Macs does it run on?

macOS 26 or later, on an Apple silicon Mac. Transcription runs on the Mac, and it needs the speech engine in macOS 26.

Does anything leave my Mac?

The audio never does. The transcript does: its words, timings and how the recording went. Analysing it sends the text to OpenAI in the United States. The privacy page has the detail.

Do the others on the call need to agree?

Yes. Everyone has to agree to being recorded. Tell them, and ask. The terms explain why.

Can I use it for interview practice?

Yes. A mock interview is the easiest call to record, because everyone has already agreed. Responsiveness asks what interviewers ask: did your answer address the question?

Does it coach me live, during the call?

No. It records and stays still. Feedback comes afterwards, when you can read it.

Is there an overall score?

No. Each measure answers a different question. An average would hide which one moved.

Can my employer use it to assess me?

It is not built for that. Reflct is for the person recording, about their own communication.
