Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of Reflct, accessible at reflct.io. By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update these Terms with 14 days notice for material changes.

Reflct is an AI-powered communication coaching platform. Users submit interview transcripts which are analysed across 8 dimensions including clarity, confidence, storytelling, technical depth, and ownership language. The Service is for personal professional development only and does not constitute professional career counselling or regulated advice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Before submitting any transcript or recording you must ensure all parties have given explicit informed consent to be recorded and to have that content processed by an AI system. In Germany and most EU countries, recording a conversation without all parties' consent is a criminal offence under §201 StGB. Safe alternatives include:

• Mock interviews
• Self-written transcripts
• Platform-generated transcripts where participants were notified

By submitting content you confirm all parties have consented.

You may not:

• Submit recordings obtained without consent
• Upload third-party personal data without consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the Service
• Use the Service to build a competing product
• Use automated scripts to access the Service

• Free tier includes one upload with results for 7 days
• Pro tier is €19/month with unlimited uploads and full features
• Team tier is €99/month for 10 seats
• Payments processed by Stripe
• Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled any time
• No refunds for partial periods except where required by law
• 30 days notice for price changes

You retain ownership of your submitted content. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service. We will never use your content to train AI models without explicit opt-in consent.

The Service is provided as-is. AI feedback is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee improved interview performance or employment outcomes.

Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the prior 12 months or €50. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

These Terms are governed by German law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Berlin. EU consumers may also bring proceedings in their country of residence. EU Online Dispute Resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
